Science Success Fast Track — Transfer Program
The Science Success Fast Track is a learning community for incoming transfer students who have declared a science related major. Students in this community will benefit from the following enhancements:
Students pursuing a major in the following areas--Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Engineering, Food Science and Applied Sciences are eligible for this program. If your major is not listed and you still want to be part of this special opportunity, call (732) 932-7442 to speak to a member of the learning communities staff.
Please call the Office of Learning Communities at (732) 932-7442 to verify eligibility.
To join this learning community, students must complete the registration form below. Once completed your registration will be reviewed, available spots will be determined and you will receive confirmation of placement into the program will be by July 15, 2008.
NOTE: Sorry, registration is closed for this program. Please contact rulc@echo.rutgers.edu to be placed on a waiting list.

The Science Success Fast Track is a learning community for incoming transfer students who have declared a science related major. Students in this community will benefit from the following enhancements:
- Enrichment activities with faculty, alumni, and upper class students who will share information about scientific innovation and career options.
- A one-credit Students in Transition Seminar that will provide an overview of careers in the sciences, opportunities to meet distinguished faculty and smooth the transition into Rutgers. This course is mandatory for all SAS transfer students, however, you will be enrolled in a special section of the class that will focus on the sciences and will be taught by Dr. Kathleen Scott, Assistant Vice President for Instructional Support and Professor of Cell Biology and Neuroscience.
