The STEM Success Conference is a collaborative effort between RU-STEPed Up For Success and the Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation Program. This conference targets upper-class STEM students within STEP and GS-LSAMP in an effort to provide direct support and preparation for summer research, internships, and post-graduate planning. STEM professionals from diverse backgrounds will share candid information regarding their experiences and career paths.
